Video and Image Consent

This sets out the terms and conditions between Mobileum, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Mobileum") and you when you register for any event organized by Mobileum. By registering for a event organized by Mobileum you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

Mobileum, as Controller, hereby provides you, as Data Subject, the following information before collecting and processing your relevant personal data needed for your registration in a Mobileum event and the purposes below identified:

Processing purposes

Processing your image and voice that may be captioned during your participation in the event - in the premises of the organized event and/or in any related organized activity -, either in video or photos, on any communication channel or mean used by Mobileum, for the specific purpose of divulging, promoting and publicizing the event within the commercial activity of Mobileum.

Legal Basis

The processing is based on your consent regarding the processing of your image and voice that may be captioned during your participation - in the premises of the organized event and/or in any related organized activity -, either in video or photos, on any communication channel or mean used by Mobileum, for the specific purpose of divulging, promoting and publicizing the event under the commercial activity of Mobileum.

Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation

Mobileum may have to transfer collected personal data to a third country outside the European Union and not included in the list of countries that the EU has already considered to meet adequate levels of personal data protection (or, in the case of personal data transfer to the United States, to recipients/companies that are not certified under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF). In such cases, Mobileum will ensure that such personal data transfers are carried out in strict compliance with applicable legal standards that result from the applicable data protection laws, namely, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal Data storing period

Your personal data will be processed by Mobileum until you exercise, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, your right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your images and voice, in the terms stated below.

i) You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation/restriction of processing and portability, in accordance with the applicable data protection law. ii) You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal;
