Mike Salfity is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobileum. He joined the company in 2022, serving as Interim Chief Operating Officer and then Interim CEO before being appointed CEO in January 2024. Prior to Mobileum, Mike was an Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital. He also held senior leadership roles at Finastra, a Vista Equity Partners company, where he served as Chief Product Strategist and Head of North America Community Markets.
Earlier in his career, Mike was the Global Head and General Manager of the Graphics Solutions Business and Chief Technology Officer of Print and Software. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Mike is a Board member for noHold LLC and a Board advisor for Exxat Corp, and served as Chairman of Commnexus.org, North Americas 2nd largest Technology incubator.
Ripu Singh is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Mobileum, bringing extensive experience in technology and telecom across public and private equity-backed companies. He has held key leadership roles in corporate development at DevOps and enterprise software firms, such as Perforce and Rogue Wave Software. Prior to that, Ripu gained valuable experience working with public companies like Neustar and Rovi.
He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute in India.
Avnish Chauhan is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Mobileum, where he leads the company’s technology vision and innovation strategy across Roaming, Security, and Counter-Fraud solutions. Based in Silicon Valley, Avnish has been instrumental in defining and launching multiple industry firsts, shaping the evolution of telecom through cutting-edge engineering. Prior to founding Mobileum, he held leadership roles as VP of Technology Partnerships at US Interactive and Project Manager at Citicorp, building a strong foundation in large-scale systems and enterprise integration.
Avnish holds a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and remains focused on advancing Mobileum’s technology leadership in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
Ashwin Chalapathy is a seasoned engineering executive with over 25 years of global experience leading high-performing teams and scaling technology platforms across fast-growing organizations. As SVP & Global Head of Engineering at Mobileum, he oversees a global team of 500+ engineers, driving the development of cloud-native, AI-powered telecom solutions that deliver operational excellence and customer-centric innovation.
Throughout his career, Ashwin has built and led engineering, platform, and customer success functions, fostering collaborative cultures and enabling business growth at scale. He is passionate about building strong teams, transforming engineering operations, and shaping the future of telecom through technology.
Miguel is Chief Product Officer at Mobileum, where he leads the company’s global product strategy, roadmap, and innovation efforts. He previously headed Mobileum’s Roaming and Security business unit, driving both technical and commercial strategy. Before joining Mobileum, Miguel spent 13 years at Verizon, holding executive roles across technology strategy, product development, and network planning, and began his career in R&D at Motorola. An active contributor to industry forums such as ITW, CTIA, and GSMA, Miguel has been granted over 40 patents by the US Patent Office.
His academic background includes a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
Rui Paiva is the Global Head of Mobileum’s Risk Business Unit, overseeing the company’s Revenue Assurance, Business Assurance, and Fraud Management solutions. He joined Mobileum in 2019, bringing over two decades of experience in the information technology and services industry. Before that, Rui was co-founder and CEO of WeDo Technologies, where he led the company’s growth into a global provider of risk and business assurance software.
Known for his strategic vision and leadership in digital transformation, Rui has built a strong track record in business development, marketing management, and operational excellence.
Raja Hussain is Chief Revenue Officer at Mobileum, leading the company’s global revenue strategy. With over 25 years in telecommunications, technology, and entrepreneurship, he brings deep domain expertise and a passion for building high-performing teams that drive customer impact at scale.Raja oversees a global Go-To-Market organization of 100+ professionals, blending operational discipline with creativity to align commercial efforts with evolving customer needs. Previously, Raja was Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific at Mobileum, helping transform the region into the company’s top-performing market. Founded and scaled two startups — Airloyal, a mobile rewards platform with 13 million users, and Funspot, a mobile gaming venture partnering with Vodafone and Skybound.
Raja’s background combines entrepreneurial insight with telecom sales leadership across Singapore, the U.S., the Middle East, and India. A graduate of BOFTA film school and award-winning filmmaker, Raja uses storytelling to communicate clearly and connect with diverse audiences.
Robert Kelly is a senior executive with global experience in technology services, sales, and corporate strategy, with particular expertise in the Telecom industry. With a proven track record in driving customer success and guiding organisations through digital transformations to deliver next-generation outcomes with advanced technology, Robert has a clear focus on maximising the value of technology investments. Currently, Robert serves as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Delivery at Mobileum, leading a global team responsible for delivering implementation services and managing a portfolio of business-critical projects. He plays a key role in helping customers achieve transformative results and is a member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and regularly engaging with the Board.
Over the past two decades, Robert has held leadership positions at Oracle and also, leadership positions at a major network solution vendor and a cloud services provider. Robert holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electronic Systems Engineering from Kingston University, London.
Bernardo Lucas is a global executive with deep expertise in strategy, marketing, and growth across the telecom and technology sectors. As Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Mobileum, he drives go-to-market, innovation and business transformation, helping operators worldwide unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer experience. Throughout his career, Bernardo has held multiple leadership roles, including GTM executive, Business Unit head and PE operating partner, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a core member of the Strategy and TMT practices.
He holds an MBA with honors from INSEAD and is passionate about transformation, change management and shaping the future of the industry.
Keith Green is Chief Human Resources Officer at Mobileum, with over 25 years of experience driving enterprise transformation. He has held C-suite roles in human resources, strategy, and finance at Delinea (a TPG-backed cybersecurity company), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Freddie Mac, and began his career at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and Deutsche Bank.
Over the years, he has led HR functions at enterprise software companies backed by leading private equity firms, including TPG, H.I.G. Capital, and ESW Capital, with a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and talent-driven value creation. Keith has also served on the boards of The Latin School of Chicago and The Goodman Theatre.
