Events Registration and Consent

This sets out the terms and conditions between Mobileum, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Mobileum") and you when you register for any event organized by Mobileum. By registering for a event organized by Mobileum you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. You should read this document carefully.

Mobileum, as Controller, hereby provides you, as Data Subject, the following information before collecting and processing your relevant personal data needed for your registration in a Mobileum event and the purposes below identified:

Processing purposes

a) Registration and managing your participation in the event;

b) Sending you information about similar professional events organized by Mobileum and/or Mobileum news, products and services that may be relevant for you in the activity sector of Mobileum, by newsletter or other similar communications;

Legal Basis

The collected personal data processing is based on Mobileum legitimate interest in (i) managing your participation in the event, (ii) maintaining and/or generating a professional/commercial relationship with you, and (iii) keeping you informed about Mobileum news, products and services that may be relevant for you in the activity sector of Mobileum.

Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisation

Mobileum may have to transfer collected personal data to a third country outside the European Union and not included in the list of countries that the EU has already considered to meet adequate levels of personal data protection (or, in the case of personal data transfer to the United States, to recipients/companies that are not certified under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF). In such cases, Mobileum will ensure that such personal data transfers are carried out in strict compliance with applicable legal standards that result from the applicable data protection laws, namely, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Personal Data storing period

Your personal data will be processed by Mobileum:

a) As long as strictly necessary for the execution of the purposes above identified (and, at least, for the duration of the professional/commercial relation that may exist between Mobileum and you) and, in any case, as long as defined by law, regulation or similar act to which Mobileum is subject to, or,

b) Until you exercise, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, your right to object to processing of your personal data by Mobileum (namely, by unsubscribing to receiving Mobileum commercial communications), or

c) Until you exercise, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, your right to erasure of personal data concerning you, or

d) Until you exercise, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, your right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your images and voice, in the terms stated below.

Miscellaneous 

i) You may, at any time, choose to stop receiving any communication from Mobileum about its events, products, services and news. For that purpose, please use the “unsubscribe” option available in each communication Mobileum sends you;

ii) You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation/restriction of processing and portability, in accordance with the applicable data protection law. iii) You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal;

iv) You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding these matters with a Supervisory Authority.

v) The provision of your personal data regarding your registration and participation in the event is essential for such purpose, without which Mobileum will not be able to proceed with your event registration and participation.
