  • Monitor flight arrival
  • Expect successful network attach from the roamer via a passive system
  • If there is no attachment within a period, it verifies/changes the provisioning and triggers the active testing system with GlobalRoamer®

LwAF allows GlobalRoamer® (GR) customers to transform GR alarms into troubleshooting tickets. Upon receiving the alarm, a ticket is created to the internal engineering team and Mobileum. This minimizes manual work and accelerates problem resolution. How:
  • LwAF detects the GR Alarm​
  • Opens an internal ticket to engineering​
  • Updates the ticket with traces and PCAPs
  • Open an external ticket to Mobileum
  • Monitor ticket updates and depending on the case, it closes the external ticket and notifies the roaming partner
