Álvaro has more than 20 years of experience in the OSS/BSS industry. He joined WeDo 16 years ago, participated in its founding, worked as a Senior Manager of WeDo Solutions BU, leading many delivery projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Álvaro was the Vice President for Asia Pacific region since 2007, before his appointment as Vice President Professional Services on 2016 and recently as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for Product Development and Support as well.
With 15+ years of experience in the Risk Management practice focused on the Telecom industry playing different roles, André has been supporting operators across the globe to map and increase their risk awareness and coverage by implementing best practices for risk monitoring and controls.
Bernardo Lucas is WeDo Technologies Chief Marketing and Stratefy Officer. Previously, Bernardo worked as a project lead at US based Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led technology, media, telecommunications, retail and financial services consulting projects. He holds an MBA from INSEAD with distinction.
Carlos Martins is a software engineer and one of our product usability “gurus”. Having joined WeDo to help redesign the RAID’s UX in 2012, Carlos has more than 16 years of experience in the development and architecture of rich internet applications. Currently, and leveraging its extended technology knowledge, Carlos is the owner of WeDo Technologies RAID.Cloud innovative SaaS project, to support Telcos, fighting Fraud by leveraging elastic cloud architectures. Along with RAID.Cloud, Carlos is one of the key persons for WeDo’s transformation project of evolving the company product portfolio ready for public and private cloud architectures, leveraging the latest AI/ML enhancements.
Christian has llmost 30 years of transformations in IT and Telecoms. He is currently Director of the Global Operations Transformation for countries in Orange group, working on new digital paradigms for network, service platform and IT contexts. In parallel within the TMForum umbrella, expert in Smart City context with many awarded catalyst projects (Connected Citizens Digital Business Platform) to develop a standard interoperable framework to help cities having better efficiency, attractiveness and enlarge their local digital ecosystem.
More than 18 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, conducing projects within different business assurance areas: fraud management, revenue assurance, credit control, debt collections, dealer's commissions. TM Forum Fraud Management group lead. Active member of the GSMA Fraud and Security Group and CFCA.
Mafalda is a product marketing manager at WeDo Technologies and has 10+ years of experience in IT and telecom. She is passionate about technology, marketing and digital strategy.
Miguel has more than 20 years of experience in the OSS/BSS industry. He joined WeDo Technologies 18 years ago, participated in its founding, started as Senior Consultant, leading WeDo’s first RA project implementation. Miguel worked as a Manager of WeDo Solutions BU, leading delivery projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Miguel was the Head of Delivery for Asia Pacific region since 2007, before his appointment as Vice President APAC on 2018, responsible for both Sales and Delivery across Asia region.
Pedro has more than 10 years of experience working in risk management in telecom companies. As the current head of risk management at Unitel (Angola), Pedro is responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security and Business Continuity programs.
Robin is a Global Partner Solution Leader at Amazon Web Services responsible for pre-sales and delivery of IT and Cloud solutions for strategic telecom partners. He leads large cloud technology alliance engagements and practice development responsibility.
Rui Paiva is CEO and co-founder of WeDo Technologies. Prior to founding WeDo Technologies in 2001, Rui Paiva was System Information Director and Deputy of Optimus Communications’ Executive Committee. Before, he was Consultancy Director at HP Portugal, following a career at Telecel/Vodafone Portugal heading up the Infrastructure, Operations and Help Desk Department.

Seongbok Baik is a research scientist in the Division of Network Infrastructure Innovation at KT Infra R&D Laboratory where he has been a research member since 1995. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Focus Group on Machine Learning for Future Networks including 5G of ITU-T.

Vaibhav has 7+ years of experience in the telecom industry with CSPs like MTS India, Videocon India, DST Brunei, Celcom Malaysia, and Vodafone Qatar.
As part of Vodafone Qatar RAID implementation, he was the core member of the implementation team and constructively contributed for a successful delivery.
