Your Mission

As a Technical Account Manager for Western Europe you will be actively assisting technical sales activities in the region by performing trials, presentations and workshops for Mobileum’s testing and monitoring solutions. Further, you will be providing technical consultancy to existing and new customers as well as sales partners.

Your mission will be preparing and delivering technical trainings and assisting the commercial Account Managers in providing compelling quotes to our customer Answering of RFQs, RFIs and other technical requirement documents.

Location:  Nuremberg (Germany), fulltime


To join our team, YOU must HAVE:

  • MSC or MBA
  • 10+ years of experience and professional sales and/or technical sales know-how in the telecommunications industry
  • At least one additional European language is mandatory, further language skills are a plus
  • Knowhow of telecommunication protocols and network architecture from 2G to 5G, including international roaming
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent English skills. Very good German reading and writing skills.
  • High willingness to travel up to 50 % of the working time
  • Passion for learning about new solutions in the OSS/BSS arena, and to promote them to customers
