Sales Director/ VP sales E&E

GAH/D/RH-Sales is responsible to meet Mobileum’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives in Big Data Analytics and telecom domain. The person will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the set targets.

Location: Africa

Educational Qualification :  

Bachelors or equivalent degree/diploma in EE, CS, Telecom or other related fields of study; higher degree like MS, MBA or equivalent will be advantageous (but not essential) 


Work Experience : 

At least 10 years of domain sales experience is required.

Skill Set : Desired Profile: 

  • Deep understanding of Analytics and Telecom domain
  • Past experience in selling solutions for the Analytics & Telecom based projects
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability of handling a team of sales and pre-sales.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills



Key Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the Mobileum’s customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships from initial pitch through transition/on-boarding
  • Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Will define messaging of company and solutions
  • Assume full responsibility of quota attainment as agreed to and communicated by the Sales Head
  • Maintain a highly visible and positive presence for Mobileum and its clients by networking at key events
  • Readiness to travel frequently and on short notice
