  RoamTopUpTM  
 
Prepaid top-ups have revolved in complexity to cater to the needs of the prepaid subscribers in the home market. Operators have adopted multiple technologies like SMS, USSD, IVR, web/WAP, peer to peer transfer and 3rd party payment gateways for payment fulfillment across multiple channels like retailers, Banks, credit card payments; peer to peer transfer among others.
All these options do exist in the roaming scenario but are not practical for roamers to use. Subscribers top-up in the event of calls dropped sue to insufficient balance at which time the subscriber may not have easy access to another phone, internet or bank ATM. In the absence of a convenient solution at the appropriate time, subscribers abandon the service which results in lost opportunity for the operator.
 
       
   
 
 
     
       
       
  Notify Caller Service  
 
Usually, incoming calls go unanswered due to a sudden loss in network signal or switched off handsets. In such cases, the caller does not know when the called number becomes active. This will result in multiple failed call attempts. Notify Caller Service ensures that the calling subscriber gets notified of an un-reachable called subscriber's availability, when he latches back to the network. The calling subscriber can be from home or other networks. Notify Caller Service is targeted at operators who wish to notify their subscribers’ callers, when they become active in the network.
 
       
   
 
 
     
       
       
  Fraud Protection Service  
 
Roamware Fraud Protection is a real-time active fraud prevention service that for curbing IRSF and related frauds and reducing the costs of outbound roaming services. The Outreach Messaging platform enables mobile operators to proactively communicate with inbound and outbound roamers via personalized messages delivered over SMS. Loyalty Management System (LMS) and Campaign Management System (CMS) are built on top of Roamware’s proven Outreach Messaging (OM) solution. LMS and CMS take advantage of the probing infrastructure that comes along with OM to help detect, track, calculate and then intelligently communicate with roamers. The I Moved service may be offered by a mobile network to subscribers that churn in from a competing network operator, to seamlessly notify callers about their new mobile numbers when calls are made to the old number.
