Nithyanandan Radhakrishnan is responsible for all legal affairs in Roamware. He is based in San Jose, California.

Prior to Roamware, Nithya was with Indecomm Corporation where he was General Counsel for three years. Before that, he was General Counsel at Infosys Technologies for about nine years and was a key member of their ADR listing on NASDAQ. He is licensed to practice in California and India.

Nithya graduated from the National Law School of India, Bangalore.
